Hello card crafters! It's time for another new Cards in Envy challenge and this time we want to see your A2 cards that are enTWINEd!  What the heck does that mean?  Any A2 card is eligible as long as it has TWINE on it! Plus it must be flat enough to fit in an envy for mailing.

And now our designers are thrilled to present to you their cards that have been enTWINEd!  We'd love for you to visit each designers blog and leave a comment because that's where you'll get more details about each card.

We'd love to see your EnTWINEd A2 Card!  Make sure your card is flat enough to fit in an envelope to be mailed for first class postage.  

Here are a few reminders about our challenge requirements:

1. No square cards.  All cards entered must be A2 size (4.25" x 5.5")
2. No lumpy, bumpy cards.  Elements on your card need to be relatively flat (no thicker than 1/4")
3. Limit entries to 3 per challenge.
4. No Back Linking.  Cards must be posted to your blog or online album during the challenge dates.  If it was posted online BEFORE the beginning of our challenge, it cannot be linked.
5. Entry must be for the current theme: EnTWINEd  A2 Cards

Additional rules can be found under the Challenge Guidelines tab at the top under our blog header.

WE HAVE A NEW WAY OF PICKING OUR BADGE WINNERS!!

Our Designers will be voting on their favorite cards which will be announced on our blog  the Tuesday or Wednesday following the close of the challenge.. We will have one FIRST CLASS which is the card that receives the most votes from the Designers and each Designer will pick one card as their favorite for  IN THE MAILBOX. That means we may have up to 10 In the Mailbox cards for a challenge.  We decided to go with this fun method as each Designer has their own unique style and preference.  Each chosen will receive one of our fun badges for their blog!  The winners will also be announced on our Facebook Page, so come Like us so you'll know quickly if you were a winner.

THIS IS A CARDS ONLY CHALLENGE.  Entries not following our rules and guidelines will be deleted.  PLEASE NOTE:  NO SQUARE CARDS   Challenge ends Sunday,  October 5th  at 6 p.m. Central Time.

School Colors Challenge!

It looks like most of the kids have gone back to school by now, so we here at Cards in Envy want to show our school spirit by creating cards that use "SCHOOL COLORS."  What is your favorite school's colors? Red and White?  Blue and White?  Black and Gold?  This is a color challenge and you chose the colors! Create an A2 (4.5" x 5.5") card that is flat enough to fit in an envy using at least TWO school colors.  Now you don't have to make a school card (though you can) but we do ask that you share in your post what your school colors are.  You can even share the name of your school if you like.

For this challenge, we want to celebrate "Best of Friends!"  Please create and share an A2 card that depicts "friends"--two or more "buddies" OR a card for a friend--sentiment or card image/design must be specifically for a friend.

As always, your card must be A2 size (4.25" X 5.5") and flat enough to fit in an envy for mailing. If it requires extra postage then it is not a Card in Envy card.
