Hello again! We had a fabulous turnout for our May flowers challenge and are now ready for a new challenge!  This time we want to see your WINGED THINGS A2 CARDS!  This could be angels, butterflies, fairies, birds, airplane, etc.  If it has WINGS you can use it on an A2 card for this challenge! Just remember to keep your cards fairly flat for mailing to fit in with our Cards in "Envy" objective.  Super thick bows and hard thick roses and rosettes plus really thick buttons just won't do.

Our Designers have gone out of their way to bring us lots of variety with WINGED THINGS for our card creation inspiration.  Be sure to visit their blogs for more details about each card.

Fabulous Winged Things A2 Cards! We'd love to see your WINGED THINGS A2 CARDS that are flat enough to fit in an envelope and be mailed for first class postage.  

Here are a few reminders about our challenge requirements:

1. No square cards.  All cards entered must be A2 size (4.25" x 5.5")
2. No lumpy, bumpy cards.  Elements on your card need to be relatively flat (no thicker than 1/4")
3. Limit entries to 3 per challenge.
4. No Back Linking.  Cards must be posted to your blog or online album during the challenge dates.  If it was posted online BEFORE the beginning of our challenge, it cannot be linked.
5. Entry must be for the current theme: WINGED THINGS A2 CARDS

Additional rules can be found under the Challenge Guidelines tab at the top under our blog header.

Our Designers will be voting on their favorite cards which will be announced on our blog  the Wednesday following the close of the challenge.. We will have one FIRST CLASS and three or more IN THE MAILBOX.  Each chosen will receive one of our fun badges for their blog!  The winners will also be announced on our Facebook Page, so come Like us so you'll know quickly if you were a winner.

It's May and that means we need a challenge for FLOWERS!  This time we want to see your beautiful and creative cards using flowers--MAY FLOWERS!  Just remember that your flowers need to be flat enough to fit in an envelope for mailing.  Those thick, hard rose type flowers or rosette flowers just won't do.  And your card must be an A2 size (4.25" x 5.5")

Okay, for those in areas that have winter...hopefully you are now having spring.  And in April you usually think of rain showers.  Regardless of what area you live in though, we all should have rain sometimes {well, unless you are in a desert}.

Anyway,  our Cards in Envy challenge this time is for A2 CARDS that feature "April Showers"--rain, rain drops, rain clouds, umbrellas etc.

Anything Goes WITH an A2 Card Challenge!

Wow! What a turn out for this challenge!  So many, that it was VERY hard for the designers to pick their favorites!  We did finally come up with our FIRST CLASS winner:  #63 Wishcraft! Here's her fabulous card:

And our IN THE MAILBOX winners:  #4 Tommi, #10 Cheryl Ann, #17 Rose, #24 Pam Sparks, #36 Jackie C, #37 Lola, #33 Tip Top and #44 Marianne.  We did pick a few more than we usually do and we want to let everyone who joined in on our challenge that we love each and every one and wish they all could be winners and hope you'll join us again for another challenge!

Welcome to Cards in Envy! This time our challenge theme is ANYTHING GOES WITH and A2 CARD! This means you can create ANY theme or color for your card BUT it MUST be an A2 CARD.   Please note that A2 cards are 4.25" x 5.5" in size NO SQUARE CARDS.  We hope you'll have fun with this challenge and that you will follow our challenge requirements which also requires cards that will FIT IN AN ENVELOPE for first class postage.

Since an Anything Goes challenge can bring  in lots of new entries, please be aware that entries that do not fit our TWO MAIN REQUIREMENTS will be deleted.  Please read those requirements in our guidelines or description above in the first paragraph.
